Sunrise practice on the lawn and promenade beside the Muizenberg Pavilion, with Surfer's Corner to one side and the whole sweep of False Bay in front of you.
Beach and seafront
Use the zoom buttons, or hold Command or Control while scrolling to zoom. On a touch screen, use two fingers to move the map. When the map is focused, use arrow keys to move and plus or minus to zoom.

Meet on the grass beside the Muizenberg Pavilion, just left of Surfer's Corner — on the promenade side, not down on the sand. Street parking along Beach Road is free and usually easy before 08:00.
